Sales=Income...So Never Attack Your Customer

5 Powerful Tips on Overcoming Selling Objections
by Blair Singer: Author of SalesDogs®
You Don't Have to Be an Attack Dog to Be Successful in Sale

These are some powerful tips on objection handling that, when followed, will help you close more deals.
(My Comment: This create a win-win situation with everybody happy with the final solution).
1) The objection is not about You. Don't take it personally, just recognize it as their defense to having to make a decision.

2) Always acknowledge the objection. Listening is a critical skill in sales and when you acknowledge their objection you show that you're listening to their concerns.

3) The person asking the questions is in control and leads the conversation. When you ask sincere questions you show that you're interested, but you also get closer to their real problem or issue .

4) Never attack their position. When you attack their position, they'll just hold on to it that much more. Instead, acknowledge and find out why.

5) Don't get caught trying to defend yourself or your product/service. The more you defend, the more they'll attack in their desire to right. Instead, concentrate on discovering their real issue and building value around your
product/service.
